Split Pea- A rich and bright soup that we all remember from childhood. Flavored with smoked bacon, Virginia Ham and thyme.

Tomato Bisque- A rich and creamy  blend of Italian tomatoes, roasted garlic and thyme.

Monday

Collard Green- A southern “classic”. Butter beans and fresh collard greens, accented with smoked Andouille sausage. Served with Aged Cheddar Biscuits.

Tuesday

New Orleans Chili- A complex and spicy chili with smoked sausage, lean ground sirloin. Bitter chocolate and bourbon. Served with Cornbread.

Wednesday

Spanish Bean- A smoky blend of garbanzo beans, smoked Andouille sausage, accented with saffron. Served with Aged Cheddar Biscuits.

Thursday

Winter Veggie-A delicious blend of seasonal root veggies with fennel and served with a roasted walnut Arugula pesto!! Served with biscuits.

Friday

White Bean Chili- Roasted chicken with garlic and white beans with thyme and cumin. Absolutely Delicious! Served with fresh Cornbread.
